2 pieces of Casabi Flatbread
5 or 6 dill pickles, thinly sliced
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella
Sauce
1/4 c greek yogurt
1/4 cup veganaise
2 cloves garlic, finely minced (I used a microplane)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
salt + pepper to taste
Mix the sauce ingredients together until combined.
Directions:
Heat oven to 400
Spread the garlic sauce, shredded cheese and sliced pickles evenly on each piece of the flatbread.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the edges are brown and cheese is melted.
Top with fresh dill and serve the remaining garlic sauce on the side.
